Where we deliver

We currently deliver to United Kingdom mainland addresses. Outside the UK? We're sorry, we don't deliver there yet.

Delivery times

Products sold directly by Rockmy are shipped via Royal Mail.

If you are ordering from multiple brands, your items might arrive separately. Each brand has its own shipping times and policies.

Estimated delivery times are listed at checkout.

Wear the Mission merch is fulfilled by Printify, shipping time will be shown at checkout. Please note that this does not include manufacturing time which will be longer. But good things come to those who wait.

Discount codes

Discount codes are only valid on full priced Rockmy merchandise.

Rockmy Returns and refunds

We get it - sometimes things don't work out.

If you've purchased our Wear the Mission merchandise, these orders are fulfilled by Printify. For full terms, please visit Printify returns.

If you need to return something, you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days. And, of course, you have statutory rights where goods are not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality.

For products shipped by Rockmy, we'll issue a refund within 14 days and confirm it by email.

Brand partner returns and refunds

When it comes to returns, some things are out of our hands.

For products sold and shipped by a Rockmy Brand Partner, each brand sets its own returns, refund and exchange policies – so please check these before you buy.

Rockmy is not responsible for approving refunds, handling returns or resolving disputes related to Brand Partner products. If you need to make a return, raise a query or request a refund, you'll need to contact the brand directly.

We carefully choose our partners, but cannot be held responsible if they fail to honour their policies.

If you need to change or cancel an order from one of our Brand Partners, please contact them as soon as possible. Rockmy cannot be held responsible if they are unable to make changes to, or cancel, your order.
