How to use

Directions for bath: Pour a small amount of oil into a warm bath allowing the essential oils to envelope you with this calming aromatherapy blend, lie back and breathe deeply. Alternatively, before stepping into the bath warm the oil in your palms, raise your hands to your nose and inhale deeply then apply the oil to your body. ​

Directions for shower: Before stepping into the shower, warm the oil in your palms and apply the oil to your body. Alternatively, apply to your décolletage, take 3 deep breaths inhaling the calming aroma.​
